We prepare regular orders within about 1–2 business days. After handoff, the usual delivery/transit estimate is 3–5 business days; it is an estimate rather than a promise.

Free shipping, if offered, is shown only at checkout. Provide a complete delivery address, email address and phone number. Tracking can update after carrier acceptance. Delays, loss, a delivery scan, damage, address limits or carrier restrictions are reviewed using the order number and available tracking details.
