We sell oat-based foods and related merchandise. Any free-shipping offer is displayed at checkout. We prepare regular orders within about 1–2 business days. After handoff, the usual delivery/transit estimate is 3–5 business days; it is an estimate rather than a promise.

For a change of mind or wrong selection, request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. New, unused goods in original condition qualify for non-defective returns. The return label is included free with the package, no restocking fee is charged, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
